Refund policy

• Plan payments are not refunded automatically.
• To ask for a refund, write to support with the transaction hash and the reason. The owner reviews each request and decides case by case.
• A refund, when granted, is sent in the same token and network to the wallet that paid. The dashboard shows it on the receipt once it is recorded.
• An amount paid above the price can be returned on request, decided the same way.
