First release of v1.

• Swap (allowance holder): GET /swap/allowance-holder/price and GET /swap/allowance-holder/quote on BSC (56), Ethereum (1), Base (8453) and Polygon (137).
• Gasless: GET /gasless/price, GET /gasless/quote, POST /gasless/submit and GET /gasless/status/{tradeHash} listed on BSC and Base. Gasless is being enabled per chain; until then submit returns 503 GASLESS_NOT_ENABLED.
• Keyless: GET /swap/chains, GET /gasless/chains, GET /sources, GET /tokens and GET /status.
• Free plan: 5 requests per second per app.
• Developer dashboard at dashboard.qiguard.com: sign-in with MetaMask, apps, keys, usage, audit log, account export and deletion.
• JavaScript SDK qiguard-sdk 1.0.0.
