# Terms for API plans

1. **Plans.** A plan applies to one app. It gives the limits in the plan table for 30 days (monthly) or 365 days (yearly) from activation. It is not renewed automatically; buying again extends it from the current end.

2. **Price and payment.** Prices are in US dollars. You pay in USDT on BNB Smart Chain or USDC on Base, from the wallet you signed in with, to the receiving address shown on the pricing page and in the dashboard. 1 USDT or 1 USDC counts as 1 USD. You pay the network fee of your transaction. The plan starts when the payment is final on its network.

3. **Payments that do not match an order.** Payments sent from another wallet or an exchange, in another token or network, below the price, or after the order expired are not applied automatically. Contact support with the transaction hash; each case is reviewed by hand.

4. **What Qiguard provides.** The API as documented, within the limits of your plan. No uptime figure, response-time figure or price-quality figure is promised on any plan. Rate limits are counted per Cloudflare location, so a short burst can differ slightly from the number in the table.

5. **Changes.** A new price applies to new orders only. The limits of a plan are not lowered during a period you already paid for.

6. **Acceptable use.** No use that breaks the law, attacks the service or other users, or resells keys. The owner can suspend an app that breaks these rules; refunds then follow the Refund policy.

7. **Account deletion.** Keys stop working at once; payment records and receipts are kept for accounting.

8. **Trade fees.** The 0.25% fee taken on chain by the Qiguard router contract is part of each trade on the Free plan; paid plans have no Qiguard trade fee. It is separate from the plan price and never refunded.
